Pricing, Cancellations, and Refunds

ABN Consultants offers premium subscriptions that allow users access to exclusive templates, features, and content. This Payment, Cancellations, and Refund Policy governs all monetary transactions through the ABN Consultants platform and is to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Subscription Plans and Validity

• Weekly Plan: Valid for 7 days
• Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days
• Quarterly Plan: Valid for 90 days
• Annual Plan: Valid for 365 days

You may access premium content by selecting a plan and paying the applicable fee.

UPI Autopay Subscriptions (India-Specific)

ABN Consultants facilitates recurring subscription transactions using UPI AutoPay in compliance with NPCI and RBI regulations:

• Subscriptions may renew automatically up to 96 hours before expiry to ensure uninterrupted service.
• If a payment fails, ABN Consultants may retry charging your account for up to 20 days post-expiry. After that, the subscription will be marked as canceled.
• You may disable AutoPay through your UPI-enabled app or select an alternative payment method during checkout.
• On cancellation, subscription benefits remain available until the end of the billing period.
• Payments made before cancellation are non-refundable.

Manual Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Disabling AutoPay from your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) or banking application
• Managing your subscription in ABN Consultants' account settings
• Contacting support at admin@abnconsultants.in

Access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for partial use or early termination.

Refunds and Exceptions

ABN Consultants maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions.

Parental Controls (Apps Rated 4+)

For applications that may be used by children:

• Parents and guardians are fully responsible for securing payment methods and UPI credentials.
• Children under 18 must not have independent access to UPI Autopay or payment authorization.
• Parents must review and approve all subscription enrollments.
• Unauthorized purchases by minors are non-refundable. Prevention is the responsibility of the account holder.
• We strongly recommend enabling parental controls, password protection, and biometric authentication on all payment apps.

Age-Restricted Content (Apps Rated 18+)

Certain applications contain adult content and are restricted to users aged 18 and above:

• By subscribing to 18+ apps, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
• Age verification may be required before access is granted.
• All subscriptions to adult content are final and non-refundable.
• You agree not to share access with minors.

Invoices and Disputes

• To request an invoice, contact admin@abnconsultants.in within 7 days of your transaction.
• Disputes must first be addressed through ABN Consultants' support team before initiating chargebacks or reversals.
• Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Taxation and Compliance

• All subscription fees are inclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
• Transactions are subject to Indian financial and digital payment regulations, including those by the RBI and NPCI.

Jurisdiction and Interpretation

• This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
• The courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to this policy.
• ABN Consultants reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation of any of the terms mentioned herein.
